Return Process

  Log into your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for used or tampered hygiene products.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your registered address within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Beardo Wallet within 7-10 business days.
